...or a band from 'dahn sahf' (good ol' Pompey/Gosport area) called Kelly's tattoo - I defy you not to drink too much and then get up and dance, buy a CD...!

Saw her at York Barbican quite a few years ago, she has a lovely voice. My favorite folk artist is Kris Drever. Wonderful Scottish singer with very moving songs.

The problem with hippy girls in my experience is that they don't shave their muffs.....

Im talking middle class pretentious indie girl here with a lawyer daddy and plenty of money but did a gap yah in Cambodia and had a journey of self-discovery. Wears vintage and is dirtier than the organic vegetables that she insists on buying from the market in a bid to boost local trade....not Eve out of the bible

Good to hear from you Allan. Your contributions to the forum have been missed of late.

I asked after you on another thread and was told that you had taken to smearing your face with animal droppings and boiling heather for breakfast whilst roaming Snaefell.

Kate Rusby is brilliant live. She's really funny and so talented. I saw her when she was touring with Michael McGoldrick.

I'll second that. Folk gypsy punk - what's not to like?
