    The shame was it took me till the top of Ben Vane to get going, I was flying by Ben Narnain and couldnt believe how quickly I reeled you and the other girl in on the ascent. Really enjoyed the descent leaping, jumping, clambering and sliding down, this could possibly be my thing. Followed one of your team mates (Gill) into the woods, my fault should have been paying more attention and then just didnt have the legs on the last bit of the loop round to the finish. Roll on Borrowdale.

    Good vid - brought back some painful memories. Clearly the cameraman didn't fancy waiting all that time to see me finishing!!

    Felt sorry for the guy with cramp. Same happened to me at Wasdale 2009 - hammered it down Lingmell Nose, turned the corner to the see the chap making the English Champs video, and I immediately got hit with cramp in both calves. I couldn't move for 30 seconds. Hopefully that bit never made it to the final cut for the DVD.
