A sprightly 8.5 around the old PW and Wessenden Valley. Major MTB ation despite the race being over a couple of hours before. Enjoyed the hottest day of the year. About 18C and torrential rain. Nice.
8.5 miles around Ilkley Moor in the early morning sun. Got mistaken for Jez Bragg !! Nice.

1hr 15m on the local hill, marvelous.
Popped out the front door at Slawit and bumbled down to Edale with a neighbour. It was a bit cold and rainy, but our spirits were raised by a squirrel clinging to the Trig point at Black Hill summit. Not many trees up there.
6 miles and 1000 odd feet around Penrith Beacon. Too much road for my liking but not bad for views of the Eden Valley.

23 miles road running for Berlin Marathon training, what with that and the Golf Ball fell run yesterday, I'm a little sore and knackered, think a day off is in order tomorrow:w00t:
Tonight's training was a short, flat, road race run by my club....forgive me for I have sinnedI came first lady though. :thumbup:
