3 rides so far today. 20km rolling hills to work, 26km with the last third pretty much uphill back and then another 7km home after meeting friends for lunch. Hopefully more of the same tomorrow!

An hour and a half pyramid session tonight and managed both hands on the bars with just a little discomfort

No riding again for me today. Was supposed to go out for an easy spin, tapering for a 12 hr race... but when I got back from town it was horrid weather, so another rest day for me... should not do me much harm!

First ever ride with clipped in pedals today (I'm new at this game) and what a difference it made. Had a lovely 60km ride around Margord Hill, Borras Head and over the border into Cheshire in 2:02 and it felt much easier.

It does feel much easier doesn't it? You can pull up as well as push down on the pedals and it makes for a muych 'rounder' pedal stroke, if that makes sense?

Looks like a 3rd day in a row for me with no riding... currently laoding the car for my 12 hr race tomorrow. It is like moving house :w00t:

Then maybe room for a quikc hours easy spin before work...

A steady 27 road miles on the cross bike, 1st real ride in 3 weeks since breaking collar bone, a bit sore when getting on and off the bike but not bad whilst riding.
Glad to be recovering reasonably well

Did my local TT route and clocked 25.4k with 400m ascent in 56 mins
Averaged just over 27kph moving speed.
I felt good afterwards but I no know I'm knackered although still pleased with my efforts.

Early start this morning. From Kendal out via the back roads to Staveley and then onto Kirkstone Pass. Up to the top and back to Kendal via Bowston. 53km and 871m climbing. Good to be back on the bike after a couple of weeks of running only.
