Print outs are fine. If not just end up trying to spot runners on the far horizon and follow them instead!

    Thanks Andy

Met Office forecast for Peak District:
    Saturday

A mostly dry day with some decent sunny spells likely. Any early low cloud, hill fog and drizzle across western slopes should soon clear. Fresh, west or southwest winds.

Daz - that sounds a perfect forecast, I'd be quite happy if it was like the LTOB but a bit cooler. I've invested in a lovely OMM smock though just in case of rain. I'm sure you will be well on course for your target time. Are you and Ruth still running together?

I'm having huge pre-race jitters and my whole body is shutting down - remind me, why are we doing this?
