    It's on the Lostock AC club championship calendar, so hopefully there'll be more than one of us there.

    I'll have a trot round the long course again. This year I will try not to fall over and damage my ribs/ankle.

    Ian, thinking of doing this if I'm not in the Ian Hodgson relay team. Is it just the 16 mile route open to runners? Cheers, Graham

    Hi Graham you can run the long course, Mrs Stagger does every year as does Tea and Cake and one or two others but it's not a race so you won't get a "position" just a certificate with your time on it. there's usually about 10 runners on the long course

    You always fall down and damage your ribs/ankle ... watch out for those bulls jumping over the wall !!!
