Well I didn't get any races apart from Ben Nevis while I was away and I had a reasonable run there but I managed to do slightly better on the LDMT (Just the short but I've done the long once and half way round that I promised myself I'd start doing the short when I passed 50, and who am I to argue?)
- So - 100 points please. I dont really think I need to wait to see if I do any better at Three Shires.

Langdale for October, back to feeling good if I score over 50.

Peris Horseshoe last week netted me precious few points (20 odd I think) so no improvement for September
might do Thieveley Pike next weekend, and haven't decided between Saddleworth Edges and Windgather for the week after...

viking chase done wont be scoring too well as matt speak or is it speight from DPFR turned up and smashed the course record and the rest of the field!! Awaiting results, good to be back on the hills, although I was running like a pansy on the numerous descents which cost me minutes, practice needed :-)

Working every weekend and will be until November which means getting a scoring race in is going to be tricky.

Hoped to find one I could get to but to no avail so will have to use the last trunce....yes I know but it was a shocker...
