I'm not going to be getting that drunk this year. Last year saw me throwing up twice and not being able to finish my breakfast in the morning; i also started laughing to myself for no reason half way down the M6. I am however going to book an ensuite this year in case my plan backfires, as i run the risk of falling down flights of stairs on the way to the shared bog.

Oh dear, i've just had a premonition of me being discovered by the B+B owners knocked out, half way down a flight of stairs, pale and with a little river of puke winding its way down the steps like a slinky. It's mineral water all the way.

    Haha!
All that sounds fine, apart from the not being able to manage your breakfast bit !

More training needed. A weekend long slow drink (say 6 to 8 pints taken at slightly below 'normal session pace'), midweek tempo workout (3 quick pints after running and no tea. You should just be able to talk during this. The core focus should be on guzzling), and some quality speed work (everyone has a mate or two who drink like fishes; simply match their pace for an hour, or until you throw up) :closed:

Thank you and Steff for letting us use your house, it was most appreciated. Not exactly the weather to camp in a completely saturated muddy start field :w00t:
