On Darling Fell bring your own beer & cycling cap if desired, a reading or two will commence on Darling fell at 12 noon ish to give respect to our dear departed friend, then in typical XOTF style off to the the George at 7 pm to well you know the rest.
As with all XOTF events its not a race all abilities welcome all people welcome.

Hmm. We're doing Tour de Helvellyn on the Saturday, but if we finish intact and are still capable of coherent speech we might drive round to the George for a pint with you all if that's OK. We might also collapse in a snotty heap so don't hold me to it

Couple of pints at 7pm in the George Martyn, then a stroll down to Lakeland Spice. It'll do you a power of good :thumbup:

I have looked on the map and I think I can cycle up to Darling fell, well, part of the way anyway, so expect me there with bike, cycling cap AND bottle of snecklifter in the bottle cage
