Ha Ha.

He did nick the tune from Martin Carthy's Scarborough Fair (for the third time!) although he wrote the lyrics between May 9th and 17th 1964 at the Mayfair Hotel, London and it was first performed at the Royal Festival Hall on 17th May 1964.

There is a book which lists every known song set Dylan has ever performed

There is another book which lists every song he has ever sung which he did not write.

There are two volumes listing every song he has recorded, where/when he wrote them, who he nicked what from, when he first performed, when he recorded, etc

Not that I would have any of the above of course!
