    Vitamin C Sources

    Vitamin C is a vital vitamin for our body health and fitness. It has good antioxidant properties and improves our body immune system. It increases the iron absorption and strengthen our bones. Together with iron and calcium its also an important element of our daily diet. Here are some natural sources of vitamin C.
    • Guava

    Oranges? Vitaminn C? Thanks Glen for this revelatory information! Please keep it coming... I susepct most people on the forum have never heard of these vitamins, proteins and whatnot you speak of.

    Dangermouse's tip on Oil Pulling on another thread earlier today reminded me that it is nearly time for one of my autumnal rituals.
    Nothing strange, just that I simply make my own Rosehip syrup. Its a bit of a faff but satisfying once made and it generally keeps the the sniffles away.
    Might be a bigger task this year as my usual hedgerow spots don't seem to have much fruit on and I like to leave some for the birds, however, it looks like another good year for sloe's.
    Visibility good except in Hill Fog
