And the same sentiments from me too!

We had a reasonable turnout, I brought two of our lady members, & there was another 5 in attendance

A far better run than race 7, at last it seems my injury is behind me & I can focus on regaining my distance & (what passes for...) speed

I got a PB today, although it was only Trunce #2 for me so not surprising really. I managed to find a bit of space and push on a bit this time.

I wish I had discovered these races earlier, they are perfect for a weekday evening after work. Looking forward to the next one!

    Re: Trunce

Some excellent costumes again last night:thumbup:
Enjoyed the race, & I must say that it's probably the first (& only) time I'll beat Phil Hinchcliffe (Smurf in Senior race, could never get near him at Cyclo-Cross either though!)

Managed to knock a bit more time off last race.

One of our girls got 'Joint First' in the Vet Ladies, so well chuffed for her.
    Well done Gail

Plus, it'll be interesting to see Richard (Asquiths) photos

Last, & by no means least; a BIG thankyou to Andy & team for arranging/organising the races for another year

    See you all next year

not sure I can cope with the pain and bumping, wadeing and climbing, the nettles and the cows, that long run in...that long run out..., the cheering, the mud...the banter on the strat line...Where is Ginge whinge these days....?

Oh go on you've persuaded me
