    I'd be in serious trouble if I tried to get out for an hour! :w00t:

    In my mind though, I might have time for something like what Mark is doing! If I can get up early enough that is!

    My problem too, my 3 kids would not be impressed and I seriously doubt I'll be up before them xmas morning:w00t:

    I usually have a short run on Christmas day afternoon prior to dinner with a sprout assisted longer run on Boxing day.

    I've got two kids, the little 'un will have us up at about 6ish, so I'll probably have a brew get a quick run in after that and be back for my little lad being up about 7ish.

    Only one Christmas Day missed in 30 years, and I was bed-ridden. Pre-wedding run with my brother, reciprocated on his wedding day. And next year I'll be out first thing before my daughter gets hitched, we are all entitled to some quality time of our own!

    Is it the usual Duathlon route? 1st roundabout, 2nd exit, second roundabout turn back? and then up to Jubilee Tower and across? It's been a while.....
