That's a sign there's some rottin' potatoes or fruit somewhere in the kitchen; find the source of the fruit flies and you'll get a "live" view...then Stolly will be happy!

Saw a Kingfisher down at Tems Beck in Giggleswick today, flitted off as I got close. Lovely thing to see on such a godawful day.

A big fox just trotted past the end of my front garden. Maybe its all this discarded Turkey in the Wheelie bins that's attracting it?

Small Fox, very dead not trotting

    Squirrel, red, still scampering

Seals, very smelly and quite noisy

Muntjac Deer in Surrey. Late evening, then very very early morning! Not seen them before. Also a few Red Kite on route home. This was a couple of weeks ago. Oh! Red Deer (not unusually!) up by Thurso.

Blackbird heard singing this morning early-doors  January 4 might be early to start thinking about spring but we spotted some rooks having a tidy up of their rookery t'other day too
