6 miles this morning on the road with the dog as I couldn't be bothered to bath her when I got home, my Santa hat got a few waves and a cheer which was good, antlers for the dog next year

10 miles on the roads at 5am this morning. Great, all alone and no one to be seen. No need to look left or right as the were no cars. Back home in time for shit and shower just as Kadi woke up. Rest of day has been hard work!!! Merry Christmas everyone.

Was over at parents' in Hadfield for couple of nights so 5.3 mile road run yesterday (flat first couple of miles/hilly for most of the rest)...oh and a 5.2 mile variation of Gravy Pud fell race route today, which was nice!

Nice. Gravy Pud (ish), clockwise, with link from my back door was my Xmas day run yesterday. Boxing day run today was 2 hrs on Bleaklow.
House full of coughs and winter flu bug - I seem to be the only one resistant so far, must be the daily fresh air.

Lovely Christmas run along the Ure with Stolly and Haz and I even had a dip (see Stolly's pic). Today's run was somewhat shorter followed by a walk with 5 dogs (a collie, two pointer crosses, a collie cross and a leonberger!) and 7 humans.

Nice, love the pic. Were the 7 humans all cross as well? Must have been hard work if so.

    Re: Christmas day running

Well, I was going to run but decided on a pre-dawn Christmas day walk along the length of Burbage edge with the dogs instead. Our chocolate lab can't run anymore but she loves a walk. Seemed the best idea :-). Two happy dogs and us. Happy Christmas all. X
