The old Alfer will be doing this one for the first time. It usually clashes with Ovenden but that race has been rescheduled to February this year so no excuse this year to miss The HebdenI have not reccied it but I know most of the route from other runs in the area so it should be straightforward. I won't be hurrying and intend to have a full sampling of food round the checkpoints :thumbup:
Entered entirely on the premise of checkpoint food & drink, after seeing checkpoint 1's speed back in 2010 when you led us on the Wadsworth trog recce!
