If I remember I will weigh myself tomorrow morning, before heading off to London for work for a week. Don't fancy carrying the scales with me

I finally worked up the courage to weigh myself this morning and its 166 pounds. Last year I was targeting 161 pounds I think but that seems a bit too near so put me down for a 158 please bob! This doesn't count as a weigh in weigh but as a start off weigh... okay?

    Re: Overweight to Race-weight

I'm going to be hard on myself and have my weigh in on Monday morning before heading back to Dublin for the week. So after ahearty meal or two this weekend :closed: I weighted myself this morning. 79kg even. Weight watch started 2nd January so 1.8kg in just under two weeks. Steady Eddie as they say. .

You must be pretty handy to even consider that

I'm seriously considering getting some scales...shock!! Can anyone recommend some really accurate ones because I have weighed on my mum's (once a year) and they can change 4lbs depending on where you put them in her bathroom! I am looking for some that are not too expensive and that will not laugh at me when I step on them.

I'd get some with body fat measurement (and hydration) rather than just weighing scales

    Re: Overweight to Raceweight g

In my 'extensive' research today (half an hour on google and a large sigh of frustration before I got sidetracked by something else) I read that they are not very accurate at all. I just want a simple set of scales that will tell me what I weigh and show me if I am losing any weight.
