    Re: Tigger Tor

Does anyone know the exact date of the 2013 race. We are inviting a few of our friends up for the weekend and thought we would throw the fell race in too as they enjoyed it so much last time :-)

This will be my next race :-). Training runs to include a few recce days before. I made a right hash of it coming off Houndkirk Hill last year. I'd have to work really hard not to beat last years time :-)

Take a look at the alternative tracks on the DP site, Mick. There's four to choose from, chiefly distinguished by variations in the way they direct you back in to the rugby club in the last mile. One or two other small choices, but very little in it really - so many runners it's generally a procession ...

... no need to pre-enter, Mountain Boxer ... but doubt the organisers will be desperately keen on dogs in accompaniment ...
