I meant to do it last night but I was pretty tired after the Pennine run. I have just done it.

I'm not really 0 kg, Pat. I finally decided I'm running again tomorrow (if I can get to Mytholmroyd) after a month's injury & illness & Xmas stuffing (oo er missus). 71.5 kg, target 65 kg.

I'm now back in the land of the Internet and a new weight of 138 lb. A loss of 1 lb. Not loads but it's not a gain :-)

Hi, weighing in today as not able to tomorrow, no gain and no loss still the blooming same 66kg, you would think that running in the freezing cold would burn more calories but obviously not.

    Re: Overweight to Race-weight

30th? That's a big relief. My starting weight was taken after circuit training & sprints and I have since discovered that I'm at least a pound heavier in reality...must have sweated a lot. Combined with the fact that I haven't run for two days due to hurting my knee, I was thinking I would be in the hall of shame tomorrow
