    Re: The Hebden

I'd like to say a big thank you to Alan, Carole and all the team for putting on another fabulous Hebden 22. The food at the checkpoints and at the end was first class as always. I wasn't sure if I could make it as our road was covered in snow last night but it was all systems go this morning when I looked out and saw it was clear. Thanks to all the fast boys and girls who cut a good path through the snow drifts especially on the second half, it made it a lot easier for us slow coaches!!

Not as bad as I thought underfoot although I changed to shorter run due to lack of fitness....great day out.

I would echo Mrs Stagger, a brilliant day out and the marshalls were even better than ever this year! Please pass on my thanks to all the helpers and marshalls especially those stood in the cold. The food, drink and encouragement they give is much appreciated from start to finish. I knocked 16 minutes off last year's time, very pleased.

Great to see you again Nippersmith. You did brilliantly considering you've been injured. Hopefully see you again soon.

Brilliant as ever. John and Carol really know how to organise an event (and a kitchen!)
