I'm hungry. No biscuits in the house (the kids aren't happy about that, but I do the shopping). No Xmas cake left. All the remaining chocolate in the house has been hidden, as they all know I'll pinch it given half a chance. And tea won't be till 9:15 tonight as the kids have got band practice. Still, I've got to get the lbs off if I want to get more than this month's paltry 49 forum champs points next month. Perhaps another apple...

I am planning on loosing half a kilo a week, so that is all going to plan. When I come back from training camp mid february I hope to have achieved my raceweight again![]()
