Short 3m recovery run. Legs a wee bit sore, hopefully recovered enough tomorrow for a decent run out.

5.5 miles and 1000 feet of ups and downs. A poodle up and around the Wessenden valley. The weather was a tad interesting.

21.1 miles on the road, cycle ways around Philly..

6:53 pace.. quite steady, strong breeze, undulating and only just above freezing so happy enough, pretty good splits, only was +7 min/mile was climbing over the Ben Franklin Bridge from NJ..

Steady run in woods with me torch. Making use of the hilly bits. 3.38 miles 39 mins followed by a cool down dog walk.
Legs feel well used at the moment!!

    Hill Reps, 3120ft of them

Nice out there today, shame the rest of today is going to involve Excel. And far to much copy + paste.

Me and my mate did 17 miles and 1800 ft of climb mostly on forest tracks the top third in snow, we were going to do 20 miles but he wanted to turn back early, so I dropped him at home and did another 5 miles on trail plus 500ft of climb on my own.

An hour of score orienteering at Chopwell woods (speedy running but ballsed up my choices, followed by 5.5 loops of the Powerline loop on the XC bike. Nice day out all told.
