Will be surprised if no-one replies to this with the odd innuendo or two.

Havent posted here for a while - I had 8 days off recently due to illness. Basically it was a cold and cough with associated sore throat and ears etc. this wouldnt normally stop me training but there was no way I could have done, it just dragged on and on. Im ok now but still have a very snotty nose -lucky my sporting interests take place outdoors isnt it?

2 hrs on the bike today

dragged my friend and all the children up to Rivington Pike - weather was glorious! The kids thought rolling down the steep hill would be great fun - and it was

    Re: Today's Training

a nice run out with chris, saints lad, and rodger rabbit around whittle pike and pilgrims cross race routes
keeping up with chris on the climbs was hard but worth it

    enjoyed it immensly
also chris pointed out the absolute distruction of the fell by allowing those windfarm bases to be built , talk about eyesore , i think chris hit the nail on the head really , the pro windfarm bods will probably or have never bloody been up there
