66.5 kg <= lack of training due to injury
Amazingly I'm exactly the same despite the fact I've been eating like a horse. 138.2.
I bought healthy things for my fridge so lets hope I can now start losing a bit more. By the way, Well done Dr.P!!
Just been weighed at the doctors, fully clothed, 63.5kg which is way less than those scales at the gym which I think must be very very wrong as I have less clothes on when I weigh myself there yet am a lot heavier! I have lost weight since I was last weighed at the doctors but that was six months ago. Shame I cant go there every two weeks. Think I may have to invest in some scales for home as I really dont trust the ones in the gym.
Updated the table and next weight-in is March 27th.
I dropped my target to 69 so remain on 1Kg left. Last winter this thread helped me loose about 8Kg. Tis 4 Kg this year but it is getting harder as the low hanging fruit is long gone.
