Updated the table and next weight-in is March 27th.

I dropped my target to 69 so remain on 1Kg left. Last winter this thread helped me loose about 8Kg. Tis 4 Kg this year but it is getting harder as the low hanging fruit is long gone.

Well now I've read that, I'm set for a further weight loss. The image of Dr P's "low hanging fruit" has put me off my dinner!
