Can't wait! After tonight's glorious flagging expedition (what a sunset! no breeze, just the sound of Curlews) I'm eventhinking of running it myself - some nice pictures on http://www.facebook.com/Heptonstallfellrace

Yep, we'll be there. Are there any drink stops en route? Apparently one of the farms was giving out drinks and flapjack last year? Just planning my picnic.

Evening John - we've got 2 drinks stations this year - Lady Royd (like last year between CP4 & 5 on the 2013 PDF map) and one at the Blue Pig (just at the foot the final climb) - you might event get a jelly baby - depends if the matshals have any on them - otherwise I would stuff some in your bag

Thanks trig and helpers, the tea/coffee ladies were lovely with their hot beverages and flapjacks. What a tough race this is, probably not the best idea after last weeks haworth hobble and yesterday's race in north Wales. I was completely knackered for the last 5 miles....word to self, I'm a knob and I should know better!!!
