Can't wait! After tonight's glorious flagging expedition (what a sunset! no breeze, just the sound of Curlews) I'm eventhinking of running it myself - some nice pictures on http://www.facebook.com/Heptonstallfellrace
Evening John - we've got 2 drinks stations this year - Lady Royd (like last year between CP4 & 5 on the 2013 PDF map) and one at the Blue Pig (just at the foot the final climb) - you might event get a jelly baby - depends if the matshals have any on them - otherwise I would stuff some in your bag

Good old BBC I new they would come good
Thanks Trig and all the helpers for a well organised event. I enjoyed the run - even the sting in the tail climb.
Thanks for a fantastic event Trig, if you could order some frozen ground or 3 weeks of dry weather for next year that would be great.
if anybody has found a pair of legs halfway up the final climb then please PM me
thoughts later, can't think straight
Thanks trig and helpers, the tea/coffee ladies were lovely with their hot beverages and flapjacks. What a tough race this is, probably not the best idea after last weeks haworth hobble and yesterday's race in north Wales. I was completely knackered for the last 5 miles....word to self, I'm a knob and I should know better!!!
