I managed to edge my March points up slightly at Wolf's Pit, my time of 1:03:42 bagging me 38 pts
I might do Rivi Pike, but suspect it won't be a good one for me, as all my recent training had been for (much) longer stuff

MickTor - a special prize will be awarded to anybody who can increase their March points at Edale Skyline :w00t:

By the way Daz can I just say that me not running races in January of February but then running 3 in March (2 down and 1 to go) is not particularly good for my points tally!! After Edale this weekend I'm only down for the Fellsman in April and the Lakeland 100 in July and I can't see me scoring much with them either. Undoubtedly I'll do a few more fell races ad hoc but as usual I find myself a square peg in a round hole

ha ha ha, you've only yourself to blame.

I'm going to make up some of my scores by hopefully racing some of the Esk Valley Summer Series and a few other races too. Am definitely doing Three Peaks in April, maybe Gisborough Moors if I fancy risking it a week before 3ps and Lakeland 50 in July but there are plenty more to go at

I pity all of you up there in that never-ending winter. I'm sorry all those races, including Edale Skyline, had to be cancelled. I don't want to make you jealous but sun cream is in high demand down here as autumn marches on. Points bagging is still tough though, especially when world class runners take part.

Take last weekend's Tarawera 100k, which became a bit of a suffer fest all round:
Winner Sage Canaday (half marathon PB 1 hour and a bit, marathon PB 2 hours and a bit more); he even beat Tim Olson, for crying out loud - 8hrs 53mins.
My time 16:23, yielding 16 points. Let's let that one slip quietly by.

    Yesterday's Te Houtaewa 63k:
    Winning time 5:32:19.
My time 7:30:28, yielding 64 points.

So 64 points for March please, Daz.

For April please can I register Calderdale Hike, Kinder Downfall and The Fellsman to be going on with.

Hi Daz. Can you change my March score to 72 please, after the Hardmoors 55 (Duncan Harris 8:33:15, me 10:56:35). April events for me: Calderdale Hike, Highlander MM C class.

Can I please bid for Salford 10k to be included in March...I'll be wearing all the running gear I usually wear on the fell (ok, so shoes might be different) and I'd happily carry the necessary kit in a bumbag. Sadly the Dark&White Mini MM succumbed to postponement due to overly eager spring snow. Salford is my only other race this month. please, pretty please. I'm never going to be in contention to win anyway...t'would be nice to have more than 5 points on the board though!
