So I ended up doing the Orion 15 yesterday. It was tough! The last few miles I was thinking whether I would be cut out for an actual fell run...and was deciding against it but literally a second after finishing I thought I want to do something like that again!
All my hill training helped...my legs handled them fine..it was my lungs that didn't...so guess that is something to work on. Overall pleased with my time (2.14.53) considering the mud and hills.
So now I am wondering what next is on the list to do..decisions decisions.![]()
Thanks for the recommendation on that one..I think I am going to do it next year too.
