Today's run really did feel like training! Very hard work in places just hard work in others. Stunning landscapes with all the snow fantastic and exhausting day

We managed around 20 miles and 6,000 feet climb over the weekend around Kettlewell. Not a lot of running done if truth be known and hard work yesterday in particular with 10 feet high drifts in places and a bitterly cold wind

Ski goggles would have been a good idea for me too, eyes stinging tonight, good effort wjb:thumbup:

3km run with the dog last night, same this morning. 47km with 750m climb round trip on the bike to wor and back, with another 2.5km dog run once home.

Busy but good day, got home 10 minutes quicker than last time, hopefully quicke still on Wednesday. Full mudguards on the bike a godsend with all u'd slush and meltwater - well worth a late one fitting them last night.
