I did but they must have spotted my half-healed ear piercings from two decades ago. Wish I'd known then what I know now I'd never have done it. Was going to give all the forumite posse a wave too from my tin bath. Self filled I may add!

Yes, as CL will no doubt gleefully point out and to my eternal shame, in my dim and distant early days as a writer I wrote a couple of pieces for the Daily Mail for which I'll probably go to journalists' hell but why anyone would want to read this vile publication is totally beyond me.
