Printed off my maps today. Was going to do them for the Woldsman the week after too and discovered I hadn't entered. Eek! Quick form filled in. Hopefully not full yet.
erm cannot rememeber exactly but one at dam in washburn.
Some in house up on moor.
Agaiin at end of Bolton priory bit
Loads of cake after you cross the main road
Some before the big beamsy hill
some after boggy moor towards end
Note that there are no drinks at the top of Rocking Hall moor just cake & stuff!
I noticed there is entry on the day but not guaranteed. I have emailed organiser to check on current entry number but I can't find a contact number on the entry form in case I don't get a reply to email, anyone got one ? I have Coledale on Saturday so just intend to treat this as a long jog to keep my mileage up. I managed to find a map and the nav looks straightforward, just hope I can get in on the day.
will look out for you and say Hi. I also will be seeing it as a long day out rather than a race- in fact I need to add 3+miles to it at some point (ideally before it) to add it to my challenge
Thankyou for the replies.
Hoping to be down for an EOD, if I don't over cook it at Pendle tomorrow!![]()
Same here hursty, looking at doing dungeon ghyll and hopefully something still in the tank for blubberhouses.
All-runnable makes me smile, especially when applied to routes I struggle to walkHowever, the Blubberhouses route is pretty much all-runnable. The biggest climb (Beamsley Beacon) is around 60% of the way round so save a bit on the day, especially if you're racing the day before :closed:
