Very sprightly Ponies spotted over the Midsummer Madness weekend: Mrs Amex frisking over the fells on Friday and Sunday, with Amex himself completing the three races in grand style. Roll on the Old Crown Round!

Mrs A is running well too bloody well now I am a bit sick of " I beat you by 7 mins this week" bla bla bla retirement has improved her running ten fold!!
Where as I am keeping the rear supported still. 'twas a fantastic weekend tho! Old crown round will indeed be a good day out as long as injury free all will be well.
