Last time we were 7 hours!

I'm hoping it will be a lot less than this!

im working friday night so if i drive straight from work should be able to get a few hours kip before you arrive

Hmmm....I think we've got a fair mix of speeds again. Some could probably do it in not much more than 4 hours, some are going to struggle with 7. I presume everyone is still happy to run to slowest pace?

Get out option at Honister does give a chance for anyone who has really had enough to avoid that lovely slope up Dale Head!!

I think at very least for emmis sake we should aim to move between checkpoints without stopping at a pace sufficient to meet the cutoffs, with a couple of minutes breather at the checkpoints, at least as far as styhead or gable. So aim for more like 5.5 hours.

I think there's a bit of a challenge on but it may involve ropes winches and piggybacks!!

yep this will be ideal
i will be dropping back a lot to give emmi a word or two of inspiration but she doesnt really need it shes fast enough
