Im a big fan of Ian Corless and his Talk Ultra Podcasts, but sometimes they can be a bit far removed from "normal" runners and revolve around the elite, so was plesantly surprised to download and listen to this from TBTR ... give it a go it, it makes good bathtime listening -The british trail running podcast, downloadble for free on itunes.
