n.b; I did exactly the same thing a couple of months ago, my excuse was that the grid was full of snow. I now have a permanent lump on the front of my right lower shin!

funny think is that i have lost a further two pounds over the last 2 weeks and hit my target weight of 10st 7lbs this morning so another plus. (except I might get blown away in the wind)
