Yes - you could see that steep section really caught a few out including Wiggins. Evans is going well though as well.

Yeh, Cuddles does seem to be going well.

Although of course it's hard to tell. He always looks like a steam boiler about to explode regardless of whether he's strong or weak.

Do you think Sky are regretting making Rigoberto Uran wait for Wiggins the other day yet? Hope it doesn't come back to bite them in the arse like the Vuelta 2011

looking like a 2 horse race at the moment - cuddles v nibbles. Still, highlight of the giro so far has to be either the spectator falling off the side of the road today (at about 4k left) or Sean Kelly's Franco-Italian commentary. today's gem was "maillot Rosa".

    Indeed.

If I tweeted I would ask Sean to outline briefly in which years the maglia ciclamino was introduced to be replaced by the maglia rosso and the maglia verde to be replaced by the maglia azzurra.

"This is a track cyclist. He has everything to learn."
Early evidence of Wiggo having bike handling skills "like a girl". (His words not mine!)

    Makes me laugh everytime!

Nice one Cav!!! That'll be that for Wiggins I guess! As soon as I move houses I'm getting Sky/Eurosport! Its very frustrating not seeing any of it! I'd have thought there would at least be highlights given the interest just now and the amount of tv channels!!!
