    You just have to build the hours up DT. Start with an hour in the chair then an hour out till you have built the reps up to 4 hours at a time. Its all about time on your backside! Make sure you have plenty of snacks and liquid refreshment on hand though as they come in handy when the tracker starts sticking

    Respect to all attempts this weekend. We were in Whitehaven for a wedding yesterday and the weather was beautiful! Got up this morning at the hotel and "Armageddon!". What a difference 24hrs can make. Brilliant effort guys and huge respect to Claire :thumbup:
