That said this was my first run of over 4 miles since early May due to Achilles injury so I was just happy to get around.
Seems the injury has healed up which is great as I am supposed to be doing the Lakeland 100 in 6 weeks. A little nervous about that due to the obvious drop in fitness but gotta give it a go now I think

Nothing miserable about that. Full respect to anyone who finished. I was 12:54. Another couple of miles and I expect you'd have caught me.

I think we met have met briefly at the checkpoint before the Glyder climb. Could be wrong though.

There's the option of the 35 mile one, the 70 mile one and a 13 mile one. Shame your not repping for the vegans! :P
