I'm exactly the same. I'm a sugar fiend apparently, it is horrifying! If it helps, I've been informed that a bowl of strawberries (on their own without cream or sugar) is an excellent thing to have if you are a sugar monster because they are low GI and so the energy is released more slowly (or something like that). I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along to explain it properly I was given a load of homemade fudge at Open Studios and now I am having to avoid the kitchen at all costs because I have no willpower!

Interestingly, my sodium levels are way, way below the recommended amount. If I could stomach salt in my tea, perhaps that would solve that!

Still the same 64.50kg but only just started logging everything. I have been undereating for since I started, according to the calcuations, but I am not sure the calories it states I have burnt running are correct as they are more than my Garmin by quite a large margin. Anyway going to stick with it, got a day in hills planned for Friday so should burn quite a few then, even though just walking.
