Porcelain god has been prayed to.
The smells I'm producing are taking the paint of the wall. I'm sweating more than when I'm running on a hot day.
My head has an axe buried in it up to the hilt.
This is a truly awful experience and will doubtless consume the entire day. I'm betting there will be after effects still working through the system well into tomorrow.
Dear God my head. My poor head.

Mushy round the edges this morning, but expected far worse. Manic dancing at the local pub festival probably helped, though I shouldn't have stopped at the other pub for another pint whilst walking home at midnight :thumbup:

The sleep has helped, I've almost stopped sweating.
It's just an overall clamminess at the minute.
Let my guard down last night and drank a few pints of non running hydration fluid in the form of mainly lager and to finish off with some pear cider. All was well on the short walk home from the pub in what was very wet weather. But, after about two hours in bed struggling with what was like flu symptoms I had to give in, scale the stairs from the top floor to go and kneel at the bowl which also included covering the bath tub. As you can imagine my loving wife was on hand and told me to shut up and not wake anyone up. Eventually today I got out on my run over Hobson Moor which cleared the head.
It's funny, today I just feel normal. But by eck does it feel wonderful.
Not as wonderful as you will after a couple of pints at lunchtime :closed:
Poacher turned game-keeper
Trying to cut down to one night out a week, but that usually is carnage with epic "never drinking again" hangovers.
I recently quit smoking but still finding it hard to give them up when there's a pint in front of me. And that adds to the hangover. So I'm off smoking 6 days a week...
