165lb Please with 3lb drop in 2 week, must keep it going for the next 4 week.
Goal is to go sub 160lb before the Ben and in the 2.30's for the race.

154 lbs - Probably down to Borrowdale. I will no doubt put on a couple of pounds in the next week or so.

I am still the same 64kg am not running for a month in a bid to get my foot better, six months on and no change so had to give up running to see if it helps. Am trying to keep to under 1000 cals a day to keep weight in check, as swimming and cycling just does not cut it.

I have not posted on this for a while in part due to gutting the bathroom. I am in the process of rebuilding it and the scales were buried in the spare room. I got them out the begining of this week and found I was 10:13lb, I knew I had lost a bit during my BG trainnig but was surprised to see sub 11 stone. I have just got to hold it there during my tapering for the next 2 weeks.

I havent posted because I have put weight on and am embarressed. I do have an excuse in that I am unjured and have had to stop running and nothing else seems to do the trick in terms of keeping my weight off. Up to 65kg, going to bury myself in a corner and weep

I also haven't posted my weight in a long time. Not been focused this year. Too many other things on my mind. WEight has stayed the same though so that's not soooo bad I guess!
