I couldn't even dream of it, my knees are hurting so much.

Swoop - at last!! Someone who is worse at descending than me. (Though actually you weren't, you were still a couple of minutes quicker, but slower prorata if you see what I mean.... waffle waffle......... )

Been for a nice hour's run round Tatton Park. Legs fine. Perhaps it pays to run down Snowdon slowly!
No blisters either. That's down to vaseline and Adidas Swoops.
One bloke in the park, seeing me running, said, "You must be mad!"
Didn't tell him what I'd been up to yesterday!

Here are the first batch of 100 or so photos of the Snowdon race. Tracey took them on the climb towards the mountain. She was a bit limited in how far she could go with having the baby with her. I will upload another 100 a bit later tonight. Hope you all enjoy them. The link is below:

Very nice camera work on some of those pics Pinno. Very kind of you to make them available without charging like some others do too.

    Well done and thanks

Knocked 4 mins off my time on the ascent to the summit from last year. Felt really good on the ascent then the kiss of death just before Halfway house I tripped and twisted my ankle big time and slowly carried on. I had hoped to knock quite a bit of time off last years run but still managed to beat last years time hobbling. Well done to the Organisers, Marshalls and drinks station personnel you got it spot on today. Here is to next years race. Roadrunner will no doubt be after a treble?
    Thanks Pinno
Glad you enjoyed the drinks, did you get any at the finish? we ran out of water although we had enough for nearly 2000 cups (half full).
We have problems with access to our website so if you want provisional results visit wfra.org.uk

Yes Geoff, I did manage to get water at the end and much needed it was to. Again well done to everyone involved in organising it. TV update the highlights are on Tonight at 9.00pm on S4C and repeated at 10.30pm tomorrow evening just in case you miss it. You will be able to watch the highlights on the S4C website as well. I will add another 100 photos to the first batch at 10.30 tonight after the highlights.
