Doesnt look like it, have spoken to film company, their new producer is not prepared do it. Not enough of you runners have purchased previous race dvd's to make it a viable proposition.
    Any how watch this space.

There are loads of previous race dvd's in stock, probably at reduced prices

So it's not just me that can't walk today. How some people have managed to run since Saturday I have no idea. Last year it was my quads that suffered and this year my calves cramped when i tripped five minutes into the descent! At least I got to check out the view while I stretched!

I wasn't bad yesterday, managed a walk up the local hill which seemed to loosen things off a bit. But today...every time I get up to get a coffee everything locks solid... much to the amusement to everyone else in the office.

I know the feeling Jimbob I had the same experience at work last year after Snowdon. Must admit other than my ankle I feel far better than I did after last years race, mind you I have done far more fell running this year and that has helped a lot. I have also just been for my first run since Saturday an easy 5 miler and feel okay.

Today is far worse for me as well. I knew last night that 90 min sunday run off road was asking too much of the legs. Last they decided to give me hell in the form of pain everytime I moved or the girlfriend bang in to them in bed.

So, today I decided to do a 20 min flat run and a 85 min bike ride. Not much ground covered on the bike as I was taking it steady and looking for new paths I haven't run on in the area.

Two hours on the fells today after an hour in Tatton Park yesterday. No problems.
So the answer to your question is easy: "Take 47 minutes on the descent!"
