Did anyone else see the Ferguson interview with Jon Snow on Channel 4 news last night?

Bloody hell, it was classic TV. Ferguson wouldn't have looked more uncomfortable if he'd been sitting there in a soiled nappy with electrodes attached to his balls!

It was a good interview but the press question was strange.. about being thin skinned?

As manager of United he had to control the press as much as he could, thats just testament to the power of todays press, they really can dictate how people view issues. look at Blair missing an important vote (was it?) so he could get Murdochs support for his 97 campaign..

But also the press do affect the players, they read the papers, so he didnt want players affected.

Also strange about falling out with all his ex players.. when in reality its just been a few and few long standing ones..

I think he was right about keane, his anger at the end was from his inability to accept he was not the same player, but otherwise plenty of ex players back him, Eck, Bruce, Ince now, Mclair, Phelan, Scholes, Giggs, Butt, Nevilles, VDS, Schmeichel.. he fell out with most at some point but few long term, I think even strachan and him buired the hatchett in the end.

No.. thing is if Moyes did well.. that would be an excuse to abuse Fergie for not being as good as people thought he was..
If Moyes did badly.. thats an excuse to criticise fergie for screwing up..
