However, what the stats don't show is that there were periods on Sunday when we really looked like a class act and Chelsea were struggling to cope with us ...... Silva was pulling all the second half strings, and the only way they could stop him was to clobber him, which they did !

I genuinely believe we are the best side in the league this year, and Mourinho does too, that's why he reacted the way he did after Torres's late winner earned them an unlikely victory.
normally the league would be over by now.. especially under the old chelsea of mourinhos first stint.. but its still open. You do have the best team, have for 5 years its why your tally of one title is so poor and you've gone through more managers than Madrid... if you'd have had Fergie or mourinho you'd have at least 3 titles..

A fair point, but from a Yorkshireman's view from the outside is:-
City will more than trophies than Utd in the next 3, 5 or 10 seasons.

A good performance by Pantilimon last night for City. A couple of good saves and his height helps for those corners and crosses. I would play him against Norwich on Saturday. City v United Semi or Final ?

Well I now feel the Prem will be a 2 horse race again but between City and Chelsea.

Utd too much change, upset and bitching in club, fans and press.
Liverpool not quite there yet but making progress
Arsenal lack goal scores in BIG games
Spurs none starters struggled to beat Hull twice.

Aye.. I was of the view to stick but thats too many errors and the last one was horrific.

But also Pantilimon played well and kept a clean sheet... for me he's in until he screws up then its Harts turn. I think Hart is the long term number one but you have to be fair to those taking their chances.

Chelsea lose to Newcastle.. crazy league this year. Could do with a Man U win and a Arsenal/Liverpool draw. Noone is really pulling clear. If arsenal win that could be the start of a significant gap.
