I'm full of cold and not really in best shape for a race, but I missed this last year due to illness and I will be there this year come hell or high water!

A race number is getting closer! Only 23 more people need to drop out for me to start with everyone else at 0800. But should now definitely get a no-show number and start after 0800. Will find out on Thursday evening.

Well I'm as ready as I'm going to be for this, but I don't think a PB is on the cards. I'll be happy with 4:15 this year.

Just a reminder that the Runfurther prizegiving & relaunch meeting will take place afterwards at 2:30 in the Dusty Miller & Coiners over the road. If you're going to run ultras this year please come along.
