I don't think I'm likely to claim much more this year. I came 2nd at the Harewood 5m trail race last week but I can't really claim that. Next up is Guy Fawkes 10 and Scabby Abbey Dash so nowt there either. Might get a score in at ALS but I doubt it will be spectacular.
Im in the Abbey dash as well Rob, hoping for a good run even a pb as everyone reckons its a proper fast course!
It is definitely a fast course. Boring as sin but definitely fast. I'm hoping for a PB too but I never seem to feel right at this race. Always something crops up! The pathetically small incline in the last k seems huge every time after running on the red line for 9k. Have a good one and say hi if you spot me
82 for me at Shepherd's skyline please Daz, and 70 for Mrs Noel. As these are lower than our other 6 results, it's like they say in cricket "didn't trouble the scorer".

Hmm - seem to be on a downward curve as the year ends! Doesn't help when Tom Adams posts a stonking time at Shepherds Skyline, beating all-comers by a minute & a half! A meagre 59 points & it's 'thanks, but no thanks' for the scoreboard!
Wadsworth Half Trog now very unlikely, so that could be it for the month. Here's hoping The Stoop & Auld Lang Syne can restore some pride!
73 for yesterday's Six Dales Challenge please Daz - that gets me another 2 points overall I think.
Planned events for November: Penmaenmawr, Tour of Pendle.
A lacklustre 45 at Dunnerdale but its a score in the box. Only one more month to gain a score for and I will be pleased.
