Mount Dent still has a cap of cloud on it...well it did before it went dark!!! Two Coast2Coasters went past at 8pm. I hope they're not lost up there in the woods. It all get's a bit spooky when the bagpiper starts a playin. (Nooo I havn't been drinking...well maybe a la'al yan)

Here's hoping for bright, not so breezy and maybe a bit of bronzy, rather than the usual windburn

First time I heard him I was on flat fell as the sun was going down on a windy day with the sound of the pipes drifting in and out of the wood, was well spooked as by the time I ran down through the woods where the sound had came from there was no one there

Trust you to think of that

I'm sure he does wear a kilt but as he's always in the woods rather than on the track you sometimes can't see him.

For some reason my pace has been getting faster over that bit

    Re: Borrowdale 07

Last minute plans to meet friends mean I might actually be there too (and leave the said same friends for 4-6 hours?), and have been doing a lot of long hill runs recently so should manage a long day out. Anyway not sure about footwear, Walsh as there are grassy bits, or Mizuno Wave Harriers as there is a lot of rock? Any thoughts yous in the know?

If not running I will support and be around with sweets and drinks in the hills.

Well there's lots of rocks and grassy bits, been a bit of rain so I'd go with the walshes.
