My running has been pants since Buttermere Sailbeck earlier in the year!
Just had niggle after niggle and then after Kentmere I decided I wasn't going to do Borrowdale.
So just finishing without one of my niggles flairing up would be very nice!

not to get lost following saddleworth vests into the back of beyond from green gableand miss cut off by 4 minuts. Dont care about time...just winding you up! Sub 5.....

I'm just about to set off from blazing sunshine to drive 270 miles for 4-5 hours of guaranteed rain, pain and knackeration (not to mention a good chance of getting lost!)!
My wife asks why - I'm starting to as well, but then I remember the taste of that cheese sarny and cup of tea in the institute after last year!!
Now where are my car keys?
