Martinez is a good manager, he is doing a great job at Everton. Have City finally got their away form back on track?

I genuinely believe that Ferguson had become a self-absorbed old dinosaur and that he looked at Moyes and was reminded of himself, which he liked. Dour, Scottish and doing pretty decent with a medium sized team with a similar archaic outlook on football as himself. In all seriousness the old bastard was that conceited he honestly believed that the best thing for Manchester United was the closest thing out there he could find to himself.

You've officially lost it now... archaic? Fergie revolutionised football.. attacking football, squad rotations.. his ability to evolve with the game was what gave him his longevity...

Iain - Lord Govan has to accept responsibility for where you are at right now, from his Faustian pact with the Glazers to his appointment of his Mini Me Moyes.

The warning signs were there when he no objection, for the sake of a bit of humility, of having statues and stands dedicated to him while he's still pulling into the car park everyday - that sort of shit only goes on in North Korea.

I was just staring at a bit of my skirting board; it then dawned on me............It's more inspirational than Moyes.

What? Champions? Most successful club in history?

The Glaziers have been fine.. I'd much rather have a sound business model than reliant on one investor..

We were always going to have a dip, teams will attack us more knowing Fergie has gone.. we'll be fine.

It wont be long before Ferguson is pleading with the board to give Moyes time. They'll probably listen, in 2 years you'll be just a top half team with any sign of a world class player long gone. Tick Tock
